Under the training program, JSC Khimprom arranged studies at major Russian chemical colleges and universities for 50 freshmen.
About 200 future qualified experts in chemistry are currently being trained. Training is a high priority objective for Renova Orgsintez, which took over JSC Khimprom one year ago.
On August 18, the freshmen departed for Moscow on a comfortable Himprom bus.

The company provides guaranteed support for its full time trainees in the form of an allowance of 1000 rubles paid by JSC Khimprom in addition to state student financial aid, on-the-job training at the company facilities and employment after they graduate.
